I love this site but hate this app! It never works for me!

Whatever survey I try to open same thing happens every time: "Unfortunately, the quota for this survey has just been filled".

Fun app with short surveys on a variety of topics. Longer surveys you can take for points to get a small reward if you get enough. I like it because it is easy and kills some of your spare time when you dont want to play games and theres nothing else to do (like waiting in a Drs office for an hour or 2 for your appt).

Hard to navigate it seems less organized than the original version although it looks nice

The new app its hard to navigate and doesnt offer the features that I liked from the old app. Why change what works?

The app was working fine up until I downloaded the most recent update and now whenever I open the app it shows just a grey screen

This app is a joke. Does not link with email surveys. Email survey on iPad are not supported by any browser nor flash and this app doesnt link with daily surveys. This iPad app is just flash cards and not true site.

Emails for extra points never works. This is the worst app ever!!!

There are SO MANY other apps and sites that pay off within days, but trying to earn a $10 or $15 reward takes many many long months. They do not offer a cash out that is lower and they do not have many options. As soon as I earn enough to cash out the lowest amount, Im deleting. I have honestly given Toluna more than a year and barely earned $25. Disqualified from 9 out of 10 surveys, with no reward whatsoever for spending up to 20 minutes, only to be told "the survey has reached the required amount of participation", is unacceptable. Most other sites and apps will at least give you something for your time. Not this one. They also "offer" free things for you to try but it is extremely difficult to get those. Ive never received a single thing. Many other earning opportunities are out there that are much, much quicker and with lower pay outs. Try swagbucks, within a few days you will have a gift card. I got $5 to Amazon about 3 days after joining. They award you for attempting a survey, even if you do not qualify. In the time Ive been waiting to cash out with Toluna, Ive earned over $150 with swagbucks. Seriously, not worth the time, energy or space it takes up on your phone. Just trying to help those that are truly trying to earn some extra money. This is an honest and truly from the heart review.

Most the one it doesnt give you your points for serves even after it thanks you and tells you you have completed it. Other times you will spend 15 minutes answering questions for serve and then itll say sorry the quota has been met. So it waists your time completely.

Worst app ever.

None of the surveys are optimized for mobile, so you cannot actually complete any of them. This app should be removed from the App Store.

Waste of time. Dont bother. Nothing works and you dont get points at all.

How they let me do an ENTIRE survey, then at the end its says, sorry, your demographic does not match the survey or says that submissions are full! Ive also done a few surveys, where I have fully completed them, but do NOT recieve the points!! This entire system has made me so frustrated. Dont waste your time!

I like being able to see my points and I get extra surveys in the app. But theres been this bad bug for months now and its still not fixed despite reporting it a number of times. When going thru surveys, if its user generated survey that asks for a comment to answer, when I click to see the existing comments, it will display a few empty comment panel then about 2 seconds later the app crashes. This is on iOS 9 but has been happening thru several iOS updates. It happene every time so its totally obvious. Please fix this.

Easy to navigate, many surveys and points. They do not cheat its a wonderful thing. And you will definitely qualify in 90% of the surveys. And payment is also processed soon. Just love this app and this site.

Since the April 12, 2016 update, the app KEEPS CRASHING after a few seconds or a few taps/swipe. Please fix it. I really like the app and want to be able to use it. Pleeaase.

I started three months ago and I earned a lot of gift cards. I like it

Easy to use. Fun way to pass time. Wish there were more rewards available but overall Toluna is a nice app.
