Ok app but one obvious annoying bug

I like being able to see my points and I get extra surveys in the app. But theres been this bad bug for months now and its still not fixed despite reporting it a number of times. When going thru surveys, if its user generated survey that asks for a comment to answer, when I click to see the existing comments, it will display a few empty comment panel then about 2 seconds later the app crashes. This is on iOS 9 but has been happening thru several iOS updates. It happene every time so its totally obvious. Please fix this.
