Blank white page

I am just new here. I got excited that I can have free samples by just answering some survey. So I immediately register on the website and downloaded the app. When I tried to click on some survey, I just see white blank page. How long should I wait until then survey comes out? I tried waiting for 2 minutes staring at the white blank page, but unfortunately I came up with the conclusion that I am just wasting my time waiting for nothing. So I hope that you can fix these bugs. And I am still hopeful that what they say is true that Incan receive a free sample. I am still hopeful. Thank you! More Power to your company!
